Scope of Services
Dr Pierre Aesthetics provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to dermal fillers, Botulinum toxin (Botox), microneedling, collagen induction therapy, chemical peels, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), IV drips, skin boosters, and other professional skincare procedures.

Payment Policy
All services are provided on a self-pay basis. Dr Pierre Aesthetics does not accept insurance, medical aid, or third-party funding. You are personally responsible for full payment at the time of service.

Medical Disclaimer
Our clinic does not diagnose or treat illnesses, diseases, or medical conditions. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you do not expect diagnostic or medical treatment services from Dr Pierre Aesthetics.

Consent to Use of Personal and Health Information
You consent to the use and sharing of your personal and health information for purposes such as appointment scheduling, reminders, billing, and operational needs, as outlined in our Privacy Notice. You may request restrictions on how your information is used, although we are not required to agree to such requests. You may revoke this consent in writing at any time; however, this does not affect any prior activities that relied on your consent.

Informed Consent and Client Responsibility
You confirm that you fully understand and accept the risks associated with aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to bruising, swelling, infection, allergic reactions, pigment changes, and nerve or muscle impacts. You confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, and past procedures. You also confirm that you are not under the influence of illegal substances at the time of treatment.

Risks and Possible Side Effects
Potential side effects include bruising, swelling, infection, pain, allergic or medication reactions, minor asymmetry, pigment changes, and nerve discomfort. In the event of an emergency, you are advised to contact emergency services immediately.

Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Policy
Appointment fees are due at the time of booking and are applied toward your treatment costs. These fees are non-refundable if you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled and additional fees being applied. After-hours appointments may be available on request at a premium rate.

Aftercare and Follow-Up
You agree to follow all provided aftercare instructions, including skincare recommendations and sun exposure precautions, and to promptly report any complications to the clinic.
